Not targeting the higher end customer or showing people all of the different levels of products and services offered. Perception of the business wasn’t what it should have been. Not getting the big projects or regular "leads", only relying on walk in traffic

The marketing is completely transformed. Streamlined strategy with multiple lead streams. Completely different and substantially better tv commercials. Leads come in from Facebook ads, anywhere from 3-10 appointment requests daily. The SEO is great and search traffic more than doubled. The website is much more user friendly and informative. It actually shows all the products, which are thousands. People can shop the site now, which was not even possible before. Developed some really powerful content and videos and created live events. 6 figures in sales came from the events events held in the showroom.

What specific results were gained?
7 Figures in revenue resulted from lead generation efforts. 6 figures in sales per class have come from the live events. The email list has grown to nearly 30,000, facebook likes are over 36,000, website traffic has almost tripled, business is seen as an expert in the space. The company has grown over 15% in one year which can be attributed in many ways to marketing. Messenger marketing using facebook chatbots has been successful and grew our subscriber base to about 5,000 in a little over a year. With open rates and such, that’s about the same as having 20,000 email subscribers. Thousands of leads have been generated. Designers and sales staff relied on these leads as a way to stay booked.
